Capgemini is looking for the following profile for our Presales area:
Business Development Manager- Presales with experience in participating in the qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation and contract closing.

Technological field: Transversal IT Offering, with experience in Cloud, Data Centers, Workplace- End User, Service Integration and Management and Cybersecurity.

Volume handled of Deals: up to 10 Million Euros

Key responsibilities
• Qualify major opportunities to be further pursued, drive consistency between Sales strategy (value messages, relationship approach, competitive differentiation) and content work managed by bid team (solution design, pricing and costing, proposal delivery and project management).
• Understand and discuss opportunities with Sales Leader and the Bid Management Director to agree on potential major opportunities to be chased.
• Accountable for the opportunity along the collaborative selling sales process until closing and manage the opportunity as a project.
• Challenge the proposed solution by the practice vs. client requirements and sales strategy.
• Address complex client technologies issues involving interactions, meetings and negotiations techniques.
• Manage proposals development costs according to levels set by business unit leaders and provide forecast.
• Design bid team to develop a winning offer getting the best resources internally to support the bid.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proactive person looking for increasing sales and building a winning offer
• Leadership and management experience to be able to coordinate different areas
• Be able to understand technical requirements and translate into a commercial offer
• Experience Required:
o 4-6 years in Sales and 2-4 years of experience at IT industry.
o 6-8 years of experience at in Sales focus on IT industry.
• Advance English level / fluent, is necessary for this position
